1. Return Window

We accept eligible returns within 30 days after your order is delivered.

To qualify, the item should be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned with original packaging, tags, or accessories if included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing required packaging may not be accepted.

2. Starting a Return

After your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label.

Please do not send items back without approval. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your package after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order details so we can help arrange a replacement, return, or refund.

4. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Some products may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Perishable goods
  • Final sale or promotional clearance items

5. Exchanges

For faster processing, we recommend returning the original item first and placing a new order for the replacement product.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund result.

Approved refunds will be sent back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
