Please allow 2–5 business days for order confirmation, quality checks, and packaging.

Peak Periods:
During holidays, sales events, or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 6 business days.

Shipping Fee:
A flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies to all orders.

2. Estimated Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and fulfillment route.

  • United States: 8–14 business days
  • Canada / United Kingdom / Australia: 10–16 business days
  • Other International Locations: 14–21 business days

Customs, carrier delays, or seasonal order volume may affect delivery time.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent by email.

Please note that tracking may take 1–3 business days to update after shipment. A temporary delay in tracking does not mean your package is lost.

4. International Orders

International shipments may be delivered under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.

This means customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may be charged by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to update shipping details or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase at:

Once an order enters processing or shipment, changes may no longer be possible.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include photos of the package and product.

If the carrier confirms that a package was lost in transit, we will help arrange a replacement or suitable solution.
